Loading stylesheet and js for each instance in a field collection

When there are multiple instances of a text field with ckeditor on a page (due to a field collection), the same ckeditor stylesheet and javascript file is loaded for each one instead of just loading it once for all of them. This causes a huge breakdown in performance if you have many items on a page. Any insight into how to fix this is greatly appreciated.
