Hello,

I just moved our website van one hosting provider to another (TransIP).
While the website was running fine for over a year, updated regularly (now using version 7.38), it stopped working on the servers of the new provider. A get a error 500 message.

From the logging I figured out it had to do with the FollowSymLinks option in the .htaccess file.
The provider told me to comment this line out as they do not support that.
Now I have a website with plain html. All the styling is gone.

I tried SymLinksIfOwnerMatch, but that gives also a 500 error.

The provider told me neither option is supported. The told me to get support from Drupal to solve this.
I cannot find anothing other then these two options. I found the project Boost, but that is more for caching, which is included in the current version.

Do I still need Boost or is there any other way, besides finding another hosting provider?
