The size of list was not same as array. array_merge checks fixes the undefined error.

I can confirm this is working :
warning i was getting:
Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in superfish_block_view() (line 1178 of /mnt/www/html/akdndev2/docroot/sites/ismaili/modules/contrib/superfish/superfish.module).
which is resolved now.
