In my View, I'm using the User last login field (2.png), but on the page, it's displaying the datetimestamp of the new login, rather than the previous login, which is displayed correctly in the default Drupal message, (1.png)
This is normally what is understood by 'last login' in this context. The 'On Page' last login time in the green message in your image file is not normally part of Drupal and is presumably being created by some custom code. To get this behaviour in Views too you will also need some custom code.
