Aegir cannot create datebase

So I follow this guide http://community.aegirproject.org/installing/manual, to install aegir on Ubuntu 15.4

I can ping kenpeter and it resolved to 127.0.1.1, but cannot access via http://kenepter yet

When I run this drush hostmaster-install as "aegir"

The log message says "Created kenpeter database", I have log in to mysql in command line. There is no such database all all, so all the database operations fail.

I am using drush 6.6.0 + provision 6.x-2.4+1-dev. I have tried drush 6.2.0 + provision 6.x-2.0, same error.
