Hi.
I'm using the dev version 7.x-2.0-alpha8+71-dev of january 16th 2015.
The newest dev versions dont have the FeedsEntityProcessor.inc file inside plugins folder.
I tested the yesterday dev version (june 15th) and the issue is there.
Is it a bug?

Nope, not a bug. The generic entity processor has been moved to the Feeds Entity Processor project. This was needed to be able to get a new release out without having to support something that still has rough edges. (The release is still put on hold to fix a security issue first.)
