The referenced entity is invalid

Hi,

I have a field, auto-complete with a view to users, made by entity reference and realname.
Auto-complete is working perfect for first input of the node with the autocomplete field.
Editing the autocomplete field by another user, gives an error: The referenced entity (user:102) is invalid.
Editing the autocomplete field by administrator, gives not an error.

What am I doing wrong?
