Google+ section on user page mandatory.

With all types of social media checked I filled out the FaceBook and LinkedIn section clicked save and it told me the Google+ URL will invalid. Once I turned Google+ off the user area it worked fine.

Unfortunately it's mixed in with another enhancement because as I was getting short on time however there is a fix for this here https://www.drupal.org/node/2507841 if you don't mind adding a feature only tested by me as of this date.

Tested on the latest dev branch and this no longer appears to be an issue.

Reviving this. I am currently using the latest DEV version and getting the same issue
