Navigation links disappear when expanding window [#2505887]

When shrinking window for testing look in mobile phone width, then clicking on the nav-toggle to expand main menu, then clicking again to collapse menu - when expanding window larger than 640 pix the menu bar is empty.

I need to reload page to get menu links back (or shrink and expand).

Any quick fix?

Well, I know this is seldom a relevant issue.

But for now I have disabled/removed all 'menu' settings for @media screen and (max-width: 640px) in style.css so that menu-bar simply fold into several lines as needed.

Im sorry ive been unable to attend to this theme in the past year. I will get onto a dev schedule pretty soon and come out with a new release with these changes!

im going to open a separate issue to talk about the roadmap of this theme and include yall on it. both of you @Denko and @snehal.brahmbhatt seem to be active users so i want your input - obviously its time that i port this to D8 - and do a massive update to D7 - this theme is no longer modern.
