Apostrophe in select options component showing as &#039 [#2505761]

I use apostrophe (') in the value select options component type.
The form showing &#039 instead of the apostrophe character (') and this is disturbing.

Is that possible to use ' and correctly shown ' in the form?

I can't reproduce this at all. Both the single and double quote characters are properly represented as HTML entities in radio buttons and select lists, and are saved in the database as ASCII single and double quote characters.

I'm guessing you might have a theme issue, perhaps? Or some other module maybe? Or you need to supply detailed instructions to reproduce from a clean installation of webform.
