Component labels cached in different language

This may have already been fixed, and I have not yet looked into a way to reproduce this, but just to report this, I got French labels for some of the components listed in the feature UI while I was in the English interface.

Clearing the features_api cache fixed the issue, so maybe some faulty (french) data got into the cache?
