Using stock d8, with seven admin theme, and the examples module's example tour, with a narrow screen (~500px) , the tour pop-ups no longer point to the thing they're supposed to point to.
The arrow should point to the DOM item to which it refers; and definitely not point somewhere else.

pameeela CreditAttribution: pameeela commentedI can see this is still occurring in the tour provided by Examples module, but it works fine on small screens in the tour that is included in core for the views admin page.
So I wonder whether this should be filed against Examples instead? But I haven't dug in too much.
