Passing an empty first parameter to a migration constructor is now deprecated - pass through the arguments array passed to the leaf class instead. [#2498769]

This is probably a missing argument when calling one of the migrate functions in _panopoly_core_import_demo_content(), but I haven't dug into it yet.
