Facet Settings Page UI Patch

I have a lot of fields so I have found myself doing a lot of scrolling/searching on the facets page, to get to the field configuration controls. Here's a patch that adds a "Hide disabled facets on this page. " checkbox to the page, so that only the fields that are enabled show, providing quick access to the configuration controls.
