Carts, shipping and quickbooks

I have not committed to shopping cart yet. I've been looking at Ubercart but am not sure how shipping labels are printed. I'd like to integrate with Quickbooks if possible. Should i look beyond Ubercart? I would really like to do this right the first time! any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
