I am having issues logging in to my Drupal site.
I have tracked some (???) of the issues to the LoginToboggan module. In order to fix/eliminate the problem I want to remove all references to the module.
Not being able to login means I must do this manually. I have found that just disabling or even removing the module does not solve the problem.
So what tables and/or variables are affected and need to be altered?

The LoginToboggan module doesn't create any database tables, only utilizes variables. You can see what variables the uninstall hook cleans up here: http://cgit.drupalcode.org/logintoboggan/tree/logintoboggan.install#n43
