Device Support Error when sharing a page with embedded youtube video

I'm using youtube module to embed youtube videos and sharethis module for sharing. According to Google "Certain older YouTube apps will no longer be supported after April 2015" ... however the embeded videos are working fine with the youtube module ... but when I try to share the video via sharethis I'm getting the error "www.youtube.com/devicesupport" .. see the attached screenshot.
