my website is www.njeca.org and I've got the following error showing

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/njeca/public_html/modules/rules/rules.module on line 230

Not sure what happened over the weekend, but I then tried to restore from a full directory and still no luck. My goal is to fix the error and move off of godaddy to network solutions for hosting and then find an expert that can help me review the site, update anything as needed, remove unused modules, etc. basically clean up the site without breaking it.

I built the site but am in no way a programmer so I'm looking for help or to hire someone to assist!

We've been down for three days now and it's REALLY bad. I don't want to have to start from scratch and rebuild the site!! (yes I'm about to have meltdown)

Please help!
