Hierarchical select module breaks the sections assignements in menu

Hello,

if we use the Hierarchical Select module with workbench access, the items in the form menu aren't filtered by the allowed sections. The user has access to all menu items.
We have tried to change the weights of these modules without success. We have read this post for this :

Is there a solution for use the HS module with Workbench access? Or these modules are they incompatible?
