Personally, I think the overlay to learn more information about that module is a little bit overkill. I think we should have a more button on the right button corner that said "more". Once the user click the more button is going to show more information about the module.

We should have a configuration page that allow us to either choose from the overlay or the more button.

What you guys think ?

At the moment module information is just a few lines of text. Modal dialog fits is quite well. I would not introduce administrative interface for just one small setting.
