All actions great the error
- disable a node access
- delete the vocab
- modify name

OgVocabException: Vocabulary ID is already associated with another group. in og_vocab_relation_save() (line 729 of /var/www/atrium_dev/public_html/profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib/og_vocab/og_vocab.module

I see that there is a work around https://www.drupal.org/node/2450375 and I can confirm that it works
Doesn't seem like a solution though...
