Hello,
I have one question related cache, Why it is necessary to clear the cache of the browser after clearing my site's cache from admin panel ? Every time I have to ask everyone to clear browser cache to see updates. Is there any way to come over this issue.

Under "Configuration" >> "Performance", what is "Minimum cache lifetime" set to?

Here admin/config/development/performance set the minimum cache lifetime for cached paged. So this will automatically clear, no need to clear the browser cache.
