Content type field not displayed in view for anonymous user

I am trying to display the content(node) type field in a view (Add Field -> Content: Type). The value is not displayed for an anonymous user in the view.

It works if the anonymous user has the permission "Administer content types", but this is surely not a solution.

I do not think, that it is necessary to protect this information from anonymous user. Instead in some case this can be useful, e. g. I am trying to display in the view what content type the actual row is using.
