After trying to reproduce we may or may not have understood the issue...
Let's call them "Scenario 1" and "Scenario 2" (S1 and S2 for short). In the following I use Danish as I don't speak Spanish :)

S1 is installing D8 with English as default language and then adding a non-English language.
After checking that the language name itself is translated, we cannot reproduce - the language name is not presented as localized:

S2 in installing D8 but changing default language to non-English.
Even without any other languages the localized is shown in English:

Please advice if this is understood correct.
