A new V2 of the library is currently under development with various improvements including significantly increased ease of integration into the Drupal module. Once it's ready we should consider adopting.

Library V2 is aimed at direct embedding but seems less easy to integrate with a CMS. Plan with this module is to have a 7.x-2.x using a customised version of the library.
