Rules support? [#2493203]

Hello there,

This module is just what I've been looking for for certain projects, sometimes Commerce is just far too heavy and most of the other stripe payment modules are barely maintained.

I was wondering whether there was rules support however? This would be the ultimate feature of this module for me

I'm not sure that Rules is ready for Drupal8 yet. Even so, I have no intention of supporting Rules myself, however if a patch is created by someone else we will give it consideration.

It sounds like you might be looking for a Drupal7 solution though... if that is the case commerce_stripe's recent dev version includes the iFrame method for PCI compliance. It does however include that necessity of having a cart though.

Ah yes, my bad, I should have checked what version of Drupal you guys supported, I must of overlooked that as there's no official release on the project page. Yeah, trying to avoid Commerce really, it is far too bulky for a lot of my projects in which 2 or 3 products are being sold.

Well hopefully when D8 is released and Rules is ready I'll have a bash at a patch :)
