Release 7.x-3.0-beta12 to set the files non-executable

Could you create a new release for beta12? The old packaging script which rolled beta11 kept the executive bits on the files and thus the release could be considered a security issue. The package on d.o since then removes this bit, simply creating a new release should get rid of this issue.
