I did a quick review. I added "Contributor task" to the title since all other tasks have it and fixed some HTML typos.

I have two questions:

  1. Do you really need to login in a drupal.org to give support on IRC? I don't think so. (Most people have accounts on drupal.org, but creating an account isn't relevant anyway, is it?)
  2. "Next steps: moving beyond this task" is a copy of the text for the forums and doesn't make sense.

I think:

  1. In "Detailed Steps" steps 1 should not be there. There is no need to register or login to d.o to chat on IRC
  2. No need to provide name of IRC if link is give already in step 2
  3. also last steps do not make sense
