We helped publishing giant Conde Nast India with a complete design overhaul of their website for GQ India, along with making it mobile-friendly. The entire content, which was in an older CMS, was migrated over with high accuracy.

GQ India Site Redesign and Mobile Site
Why Drupal was chosen:

Drupal is the CMS of choice when it comes to media-rich and high-content websites, specially when it comes to sites that encounter heavy traffic. The CMS framework is robust, secure and extremely scalable, and well-suited to the GQ India website.

Describe the project (goals, requirements and outcome):

The business requirements set out in front of us were:

  • Implementation of new design according to supplied mock ups
  • DFP responsive Ads
  • MPU – Leader board
  • Advertorials
  • Slideshow and Video galleries
  • Parallax
  • RSS
  • Migration of existing content
  • Mobile version

The same was accomplished with ease and high accuracy, to the full satisfaction of Conde Nast India.

Key modules/theme/distribution used:
Why these modules/theme/distribution were chosen:

DFP Responsive Ads: The client wanted the Ads shown on the website to be responsive. Google ads were not responsive by default. DFP Responsive Ads sandbox module was updated and implemented to display different sizes of the same ad on different layouts based on the screen size.
