I have followed ALL the installation instructions several times but still get "juicebox library could not be detected". Despite downloading juicebox lite 5 times I never get the files mentioned, eg juicebox.js or /classic/themes.css. My wife's art exhibition opens tomorrow. Can anyone help?

Make sure the third party library is placed at /sites/all/libraries
Make sure the directory is readable
Make sure the current library is compatible with the current version of the module

I can confirm this module/library works as I have used it on hundreds of sites.

Really appreciate your quick response, but:
- have checked/reinstalled third party library as per instructions (for the 6th time)
- checked the directory using file explorer = OK
- am using Drupal 7.35 and the current juicebox download
I have over 45 years IT experience on too many platforms to count but I am still getting the same message!?
The answer is probably simple but what is it???

This is not what I asked. Make sure the version of the module is compatible with the version of the library you are using.

Do you have the libraries module installed?

Have you looked to all of the issues that have been posted in the queue that are having the exact same issues as yourself? https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/juicebox?text=juicebox+library+cou...

Thanks again for your reply.
Every module I have installed is the "recommended version" and 7.x ...
Checked all the issues nothing seems relevant to my problem.
Yes, I installed the libraries module as per the instructions.
Libraries is 7.x-2.2 and juicebox is 7.x-2.0 - is this OK?
All the items that juicebox requires are "enabled".
I started installing FlexSlider before juicebox - could this cause a problem? All FlexSlider modules are disabled
I have just discovered the following problem which I will address:
Quote: You need to install the jQuery cycle plugin. Create a directory in sites/all/libraries called jquery.cycle, and then copy jquery.cycle.all.min.js or jquery.cycle.all.js into it. You can find the plugin at http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle. (Currently using jQuery Cycle Library Library required for Views Slideshow Cycle) unquote - is this the missing link!? This is to get Views Slideshow: Cycle enabled. I did do this for the original installation but it does not seem to have worked, will try again.

is the file structure to the library /sites/all/libraries/juicebox ?

Is it readable by the webserver?

I use both flexslider and juicebox together. Never on the same page though. But that should not prevent it from seeing the library
