I really like the section about Drupal evangelism. The third bullet point mentions your reach with Drupal, but how does it give back to the project? The rest is great.

@lizzjoy: I've added links to our contributions to projects and issue queues. I have also expanded on how we have used our experience in the local government space to evangelize Drupal and contribute back.
