Any modules to post tweet after new blog publish?

Pardon me if this is not the correct location for this question but I am hoping some of you can help me out. I am wondering if there is a module out there where it will automatically tweet to my twitter upon new blog publish, and then tweet a few other times for the same blog post spaced out.

For example-

I publish a new blog post and it gets tweeted to my account. For the same blog post I can set multiple other tweets that are scheduled out, so lets say 8 hours after publish, 24 hours after publish, and a few days after publish.

Is there anything out there that accomplishes this task?
