Drupal has (had) one, but I am not sure it still exists, as most support, bugs, requests and communication run through the site and the mailing lists so I assume that if there was one, it would not be used at all, really and since the site doesn't mention it I think it is a "had" instead of a "has", as I said in the first sentence.
If I am mistaken, please correct me.
