I have added the Ubercart discount (alternative) module to a site. The codeless discount module requires Content (missing), but an install of CCK didn't install a Content module. Is that now part of the core as some online content seems to indicate? If so, how do you access it?

There is no content.module anymore in D7, the CCK functionnality has been moved to core.
