Optional Event Features are selected during installation. The descriptions below are intended to describe what each of the features provides.
Basic pages (program, hotel, etc) for COD Events
Create free-form content related to an event such as Programs, Hotel information, About pages etc.
Self-scheduled, unconference style sessions (BoFs)
Birds of a Feather sessions (or BOFs) are informal gatherings of like-minded individuals who wish to discuss a certain topic without a pre-planned agenda.
Show pages of attendees (requires registration)
Provides a listing of all registered attendees.

News items for events
The ability to create news content on your site. News content can be generated as individual pages as well as collections of news content that can be placed on pages throughout your site.
Creates a News content type as well as a view that creates a News Block, Content pane, Feed, and Page for use anywhere on your site to display news and announcements.

Creates the ability to collect payment for a variety of event options.
