Hi ,

I created www.laryngeal-cleft.com for parents to register. I use the core registration module. However it does not work properly. Some members can register and some not.

For exemple, right now somebody mailed me telling me she can not register and renew her password. When I look in the members database I do not see her email address. When I try to add an account manually the system says there already exists an account with that same email address. But I cannot find it.

Does anyone recognize this and how can I resolve it?

What's the exact error message that you're getting when trying to save the account that supposedly already exists?
