Thanks @Jaypan. The comment seems low-quality, but it also seems on topic for the conversation. On the other hand, the user's other comment is completely unnecessary https://www.drupal.org/node/1438700#comment-9904427 so I've unpublished it for now. Other opinions?

Since the user didn't recently comment, I don't think there is anything to do. I agree, that comment about WordPress being for kids is not much productive.
