We posted a test article on a test server with a title like "This Is A Test". A user subsequently made a comment using the Disqus module on the production server, and all was well...except when viewing the list of that user's comments, "This Is A Test" appears as the title of a comment for a different production article where that user had successfully placed a comment. This works like cross-posting, although it gives the appearance that the user made the comment on the test server/article. This has only happened a couple of times. We have not noticed content bleed under any other circumstances.

I should have added that the article on the test server has the identical node ID to the live article, and that we include the node ID at the tail of the URL.

Quick fix for this is to either disable the module in test environments or via something like the Habitat module. Should work, if begging the question of a bug.
