Factorial is a founder-led software agency based in Hamburg, Germany. We develop digital ecosystems for organizations that have outgrown disconnected tools and want technology to drive innovation and business success again. Our international team of around 60 experts works at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy.

Since our start in 2015, we have been an active member of the Drupal and Open Source community. Our custom software solutions have earned us the trust of renowned clients such as Occhio, dpa German Press Agency, Finstral, Boehringer Ingelheim, C.H. Beck (beck-aktuell), stern.de, GEO, and Dole.

We are a Drupal Certified Platinum Partner, a Drupal Association Organization Member, and a Premium Supporting Partner. AI at Factorial

AI is an embedded capability in everything we build, not a separate product. We bring it into platforms where it creates real value: intelligent on-site search, personalized learning recommendations, personalization in digital experience platforms, predictive analytics, and automated data enrichment.

We also contribute our AI work back to the community:

• Our team member David Galeano (gxleano) maintains the Drupal AI module, helping drive AI innovation across the Drupal ecosystem.
• David also maintains the Tagify module, which is part of Drupal CMS.
• We develop and maintain FlowDrop (flowdrop.io), our open-source visual workflow editor for AI agents, together with its full module family on drupal.org: FlowDrop Agents, FlowDrop AI, FlowDrop AI Provider, FlowDrop AI Search, FlowDrop AI Context, FlowDrop Tool Provider, FlowDrop UI, and more.
• Further AI-related contributions include AI Content Chat, AI Search, ai.txt, and the Qdrant Vector Database Provider.
