Replace 'und' with the constant LANGUAGE_NONE for multi language site in outline_designer [#2484803]

Faced problem on multilingual site where outline_designer module is used. Possible solution is to replace key 'und' with constant LANGUAGE_NONE

errr, isn't LANGUAGE_NONE the same as 'und' ?
