Hello guys,
I am a student in Electrical and Computer Engineering and this site is developed form my master thesis:
A little about the site:
The main goal of this project is Development Of Software Infrastructure for Research Domain of the University of Novi Sad ,specifically
1.Development of a research information system ( CRIS UNS )
2.Development of a digital library of Ph.D. dissertations defended at the University of Novi Sad ( PhD UNS )
3.Development of an institutional repository of scientific research outputs of the University of Novi Sad (not yet implemented)
4.Export data to the following networks of digital libraries and institutional repositories: DARTEurope , OATD, OpenAIRE+
5.Implementation of searching data through a web page and through a standardized protocol for Search/Retrieve via URL (SRU)
Drupal is the first CMS i had ever used. At first it was a little difficult but once you get used to it
you can build and create anything. And the community is awesome too :)
I am using Drupal 7, Bluez theme, currently working on it to be responsive. I was looking for a "clean and simple" design
with good performance.

Nice site. I think you are using a contrib theme from drupal.org
Its a good theme, but you still have to work on the UI.
Small things like the image in the our mission, our team & related link could be of same dimension. this adds some uniformity & a good ui experience for the viewer.
Also, the footer seems to be very empty. Your site seems to have good amount of content (pages). Try adding the important links or something that a user on your site may like to read in links in the footer. May be a list of links or points looks nice.
The design is simple & nice but try to add symmetric content. Hope, you get what i mean.

Yes, aniket.mohite88, you are right the footer is really empty, very good advice.
I added some blocks so I think it is OK now. Also I have added a Contact Us page too.
