Hello,
We are working on a website from 2 different computers. On the 1st computer all is good, everything works perfectly. On the second computer however, we are having a little issue when comes time to edit. The problem is simple: when on the edit page of our dashboard, if we click the view html button, the pop up window that appear is blank with nothing on it.

Since the problem only exist on that one computer I am assuming it's not a problem that has to do with drupal itself. It certainly has to do with the computer.

I'm not much of a tech guy and really I don't know what to look for. Anyone has an idea what could be missing on this computer that creates that problem?

Same browser and version in use on both machines?
Have you tested with a different browser?
Have you cleared the browser cache?

well thanks to you we thought of trying different browser. we both used EI and it was working on one computer and not the other. Turns out it's working well if using Chrome instead.
