Unable to translate taxonomy terms after changing Translation mode

Changed Translation mode from a taxonomy list
from Translate to Localized.

Terms where in default language English
Added a screen shot with the view of translation page.

There is already content linked to the terms, those must be kept.
Its the situation for 2 taxonomies.

I refreshed taxonomies on the refresh page admin/config/regional/translate/i18n_string
There appears to be no place for the translated terms.
pleas advice.
