hi,
I want to assign some limited number of functions in Wysiwyg/Ckeditor to register users such as, B.I.U Photo etc. How can I do this?

Go to "admin/config/content/ckeditor" and create new profile and set your desired functions to be made available for the users.

Thank you, I did try that but its not working or maybe I am missing something....

have you updated the new profile for the body field in the respective content type. If not please do it...
