I'm not familiar enough with intended collapsible div behavior to submit a patch for this, but I believe that this logic in .module:

if ($group->format_settings['formatter'] != 'open') {

bypasses the $show_label settings when the formatter is set to 'collapsible'. So even if $show_label is set to 0, it shows.
