It should be deleted. It is just confusing to keep this empty page here that talks about itself being deleted. There are a handful of comments on the page, but I don't see any that need to be preserved.

The page is already part of the archived documentation, which is obsolete documentation.
I reverted the last changes, since a page saying it will be deleted is not much helpful; it is better to keep the original content.
