I have three 5star voting field which I wish to display them side by side using the .col-md-4 class from bootstrap. Is there a custom module that can inject css class to the field?

Field Formatter Class provides this functionality. You may also be interested in the Display Suite module which adds this plus even more control over the layout of a field and more. An on to Display Suite is the Display Suite Bootstrap Layouts module which adds bootstrap specific layouts to display suite.
