I moved my hosting from one type of go-daddy account to another that I have had for years after Go-daddy recommending it for reliability reasons.

I have Private Msg installed on my Drupal site and have been using it for 2 years and the messages would forward as an email. Since the move last night I am no longer getting the messages forwarded as emails.

Does anyone have any idea? This is causing me a huge issue?

Do you get other emails on your server (such as an account confirmation email when registering a new account)?

The first step is to make sure the problem is in fact Privatemsg and not the whole email system for your Drupal site.
