When being on admin/structure/menu/tree_compare/menu-1/menu-2, navigation tabs disappear which prevents the user to go back or navigate to another menu related page (admin/structure/menu/*).

A Back link may be useful as well.

Added a back link for now, I can't find any other examples in Drupal where the tab remains when we go to a settings page with variable options.
