The frontpage redirect should answer with status 302

Since the 301 redirects are cached very strong from many browsers, I think it would be better to answer with 302. It's also more correct to answer with "Found" rather than "Moved permanently" because the redirect path isn't always unique, for example when the site is available in more than one language.
